5. How do you like the voice quality of our DID’s?
So far the voice quality has been better than a traditional POTS PBX. We use DIDForSale to handle all of our inbound and outbound calling, including calls into our conference bridge, the quality has been fantastic.
The DID’s are working great. I have to say, they are probably the best voice quality that I have experienced so far, particularly with many active channels.
I believe my expectations are set appropriately for a voice product delivered over the public internet. I expect to have some voice quality issues once in a while and so far you have exceeded my expectations
I’ve had good luck with other providers in the past, but the quality seems to be more consistent with these.

Very. I have indicated it before. The willingness to help at crazy hours for such a small customer is to me the selling point. I had the experience to work and learn quite a bit from Jai in a session that lasted several hours late in the night. He went as far as helping me inspect my switch configuration. We later concluded that the problem wasn’t on DIDFORSALE side but rather an issue with our firewall and AT&T DSL line. We are now on a T1 line and we do not have any problem.

I would give it a 4.. I am withholding the “1″ because I have not had that much time with your company: only a few weeks… I have not tested your T38 support on fax transmission something we believe we will offer in the future… I have also had unresolved issue with some International Calls which were taking too long to be established. Same calls would quickly go through using other provides; I have not worked on your termination so this issue does not carry a lot of weight in my estimation of your products. So you are not yet a full 5 but you are very close.
4. How would you rate our Customer Support on scale of 1-5? 5 being best.
I think I have extolled your level of support. I could give an anecdote of myself catching another of your associates at odd times and still finding a courteous, eager to serve person.. Sundays mornings before 10 are some of the odd times at which I have called and gotten replies or the help I needed. I will insist that this is for a customer with only 3 DID ( We expect order much more VERY quickly .. DO prepare yourself, I will need more for FLA, GA, NY, Massachusetts, CT, etc). such a level is unusual in my experience.
5. How do you like the voice quality of our DID’s?
So Far very good. I have not yet experienced any problem. We will remain however quite vigilant when our own productions ramps up. I will repeat that we have not tried the T38 features.

The service is unbelievable and the level of support I’m getting is world class support worth hundreds $ . I had a small issue in my own asterisk and these guys helped me to resolve this even responding to emails at 2 AM EST on weekends and even offered remote desktop support to resolve this. I’m totally amazed by the level of support and feel like if there would be an outage ever these guys would fix this in no time. I’m canceling all other DID’S and will use this as my primary route for incoming calls.

YES!!!! There is nobody who would give you soooo much for soo litle.

I have been using 1 DID since 28th Feb as a part of my calling card server Testing. I found service is very good. I’m using G729 Codec.

My boss and I am VERY satisfied with DIDForSale. Why? Because the customer service is 1st class, regardless of whether you are getting a number for a home phone or a major corporation.
2. Would you recommend DIDForSale?
Once we have established that their quality and service is industry standard, the only factor left is that of basic economics — the price is unbeatable. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the quality of service exceeded that of most major corporations. If you want the ability to have virtually limitless simultaneously incoming calls with physical copper pair line quality, for less than the cost of a normal, single line phone, use DIDForSale.
3. How would you rate our product on scale of 1-5? 5 being best.
RATING: 5 – quality is great, no dropped calls, you can reach a real human at nearly all hours of the day/night via email and phone.

RATING: 5. Exceeded or beat our previous copper pair providers quality (Verizon).

I really enjoy there quick response time. We had some issues on our end with the setup and there tech support was awesome!
