How does SIP trunking work?

SIP trunking works by using an internet connection to establish a connection between your PBX and the PSTN. Instead of traditional phone lines, it uses SIP, a signaling protocol, to set up and manage communication sessions, including voice, video, and instant messaging.

I am a heavy user. Do you offer unlimited SIP Trunking for call center, call forwarding or calling card type of business?

We do allow call center and calling card traffic. We allow unlimited inbound minutes on our SIP trunks. You can receive as many calls you want. However for termination our unlimited SIP trunks are only for normal office use. If you want to use for call center type of traffic, we do have low per minute termination.

Do you provide support in setting up SIP Trunk on my system?

Yes, when you purchase SIP trunking from DIDForSale you get free technical support in configuring the system and setting up a dial plan. We want you to have the best experience with VoIP technology, so we can even provide free consultancy on new solutions or security you are dealing with.

You offer wholesale low cost SIP Trunking. Is there any minimum commitment to get wholesale SIP trunk pricing?
